We offer several types of service for Wood-Destroying Insects (WDIs) and some of their conducive conditions.

1. Inspections: We will inspect properties for WDIs and their conducive conditions. This service is done on a Annual basis, and Guaranteeing your structure year round from damage.

2. Wood-Destroying Insect Information Reports: (WDIR): We inspect and issue the Tennessee Official Wood-Destroying Insect Information Report (Form No. 33) for Tennessee & Mississippi properties involved in sales or being refinanced.

3. Treatment of Existing Structures: We provide treatment for WDIs WOOD DESTROYING INSECTS such as subterranean termites, carpenter ants, and powder-post beetles (ppb)
as per a written proposal. All proposals are FREE and exact and can be given on site or left at a specified location for your convenience.

4. Termite Baits: We do offer baiting contracts for termite control, but do not always advise their use for any situation.

5. Treatment of Structures That Are Under Construction: We provide preventative treatment for subterranean termites to new structures before and during construction.

Bora-Care is only used during construction or pre-construction to wood framing directly,
Along with an application to the ground before the slab is poured.

You can use our E-Schedule and you do not have to call us for any Routine Outdoor Services.
