Outside the home or structure the surrounding exterior is treated at ground level where pests live, Downspouts, window exteriors

1.Regularly Scheduled Service: We make regularly scheduled visits to provide service on a corrective and preventative/maintenance basis. The visits are most commonly set up on a quarterly basis, however we can also arrange visits on a monthly or every-other-month basis, Twice Annually, Once Annually. This service is available for residential and commercial settings.

2.One-Time Service: (Odd Jobs): Many homes or businesses will have unexpected problems with such pests as roaches, ants, fleas, bees, etc. but do not need or want regularly scheduled service. For those situations, we will provide service on a one-time basis to address the immediate pest concern.

TERMITE CONTROL & TREATMENT SERVICES

We offer several types of service for Wood-Destroying Insects (WDIs) and some of their conducive conditions.

1. Inspections: We will inspect properties for WDIs and their conducive conditions. This service can be provided either on a one-time basis or annually.

2. Wood-Destroying Insect Information Reports (WDIR): We inspect and issue the Tennessee Official Wood-Destroying Insect Information Report (Form No. 33) for Tennessee & Mississippi properties involved in sales or being refinanced.

3. Treatment of Existing Structures: We provide treatment for WDIs such as subterranean termites, carpenter ants, and powder-post beetles (ppb) as per a written proposal.

4. Treatment of Structures That Are Under Construction: We provide preventative treatment for subterranean termites to new structures during construction.Free Estimates

WILDLIFE REMOVAL & RELOCATION

We will come onsite and give you a cost on trapping, excluding, and safely removing and relocating any wildlife that you are having a problem with. Squirrels, Raccoons, opossums, etc. You may not have a problem with these animals in your attic, but we handle almost all situations where you may be having them getting into trash cans, or tearing up your backyard, etc. Free Estimates
